Days 1, 2, 3

July 26-28, 2022 - Leaders meet at the Oklahoma City Boathouse District for hands-on training, ropes-course experience and sessions including vision, culture, educator self-care and PLC's for modules 1-4.

Days 4, 5

October 26-27, 2022 - Principals re-group for two-days of professional growth over new strategies for analyzing student data and managing crucial conversations for modules 6-7.

Module 6: Tough Crucial Conversations

Days 6, 7

March 2-3, 2023 - School leaders cover sessions on student supports, equity, inclusion, and communication through advocacy for modules 7-9.

Module 9: Political and Communication Skills

*ONGOING PRINCIPAL COACHING INCLUDED: Each participant will also be teamed with a Principal Coach who will facilitate ongoing support and small group collaboration throughout the school year.
